Ian discusses the electric car, climate change, the St. Brides concert, and tour
plans for the coming months. |
Under current UK law, the intellectual property protection of lots of recorded
classic rock will soon be gone ("This Was" in just 12 years, some of
The Beatles in 6). The UK offers far less protection than international standards.
Ian discusses the serious ramifications for many financially strapped artists,
and reducing the opportunities for today's new, innovative artists, and the health
of the British recording industry. |

Hear
Ian's tribute to the late Scott Muni, an authoritative voice on album-oriented
rock for New York radio stations since the 1960s. He was one of the
first to play Led Zeppelin, was an early supporter of Bruce Springsteen's
career and always carried a torch for The Beatles.
He was, for Tull, one of the first American DJ's to interview Ian.
